Lil’ Ninjas Ages 3 1/2 to 6

Our Lil’ Ninjas program introduces children as young as 3½ years old to the exciting world of martial arts. Designed to develop fundamental skills, coordination, and gross motor development, this class uses a playful yet focused approach to keep kids engaged.

Cardio Kickboxing

Weapons

Youth Karate

Our Youth Karate program helps students develop both martial arts skills and valuable life lessons. Using punching, kicking, and structured drills, students build focus, discipline, and accountability while learning the basics of self-defense and competitive sport karate.

Youth Kickboxing ages 8+

Our Youth Kickboxing program is a fun and energetic way for kids to build confidence and get in great shape. Designed for ages 8 and up, this class combines dynamic exercises, pad work, and structured drills to teach the fundamentals of kickboxing.

Grappling

If you'd like to polish your skills one-on-one, our instructors are ready to help. And if your group is interested in a unique martial arts experience, we can create a custom class just for you.
